The Lodge has 665 guest rooms, as well as two floors of meeting space. There are four restaurants in the building as well as many more nearby. All the rooms are spacious (many of them are brand new) and free parking is arranged so that your car will never be far from your room.
Note: All reservations must be made through the Eastern Christian Convention by October 1, 2009 to receive discounted rates.
How do I get there?
By road
All of these major interstates, I-81, I-83, I-78, and I-76 (PA Turnpike) connect a few miles from Hershey. Hershey is located where PA 322 and PA 422 intersect 10 miles east of Harrisburg.
By Air
Harrisburg International Airport is located just 15 minutes from Hershey. There is a shuttle from the Hershey Lodge but it needs to be reserved. Call the number listed above for Hershey Lodge for rates and to make a reservation for shuttle service.
Where do I park?
To reach the hotel check-in desk, follow the lane off 322 around to the main Lodge entrance. You can park there while you check in and then move your car to a lot near your room.
If you are coming to the sessions only, just park in the lot in front of the convention center off Rt. 322.
What about meals?
There are restaurants in the hotel, as well as nearby in town. Additional information can be obtained at the Convention Information Desk.
When is the Convention over?
The final worship service closes at 11:00 AM on Sunday. You will need to check out of your room prior to the last worship service.
