A complimentary family registration form will be sent to you upon receipt of your Exhibit Form. This must be sent to the ECC office in order for you to have name badges printed.

Costs:

Tables or spaces at $150 each
Electricity at $35 for all days

Exhibit requests are accepted on a “first come” basis, according to the receipt of your payment for the full amount including electricity, if ordered.  One complimentary family registration form is included.

A link to your website will be posted on the ECC web page (www.easterncc.com). 

Refund: If you cancel before October 15th, your payment will be refunded.  No refunds after October 15th.

Space and Furnishings: A table 6’ x 30” with a white covering will be provided.  Floor space will be assigned in the same size and cost increments as tables, if floor space instead of table space is desired.  Your exhibit must be confined to the table area!

Exhibit Hours are 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM on Saturday.  Traffic is lighter during workshop times.  Exhibits may be set up on Friday after 2:00 PM but should be in place by 5:00 PM.  Check with the Exhibits chairperson for your assigned space number upon arrival.  Exhibitors are responsible for set up and tear down of their displays.  Please keep your display in place at least through 10:00 PM on Saturday.  Only official exhibitors will be allowed to distribute materials. No materials may be left on seats in the main session/workshop rooms.  Materials may not be distributed outside the Exhibit Hall.

Types of Exhibits Encouraged:  Exhibits must be church-related and any teaching or display material must be in harmony with the doctrine of the Word of God as exemplified in the Restoration Movement and is in harmony with the Eastern Christian Convention.  The Executive Committee reserves the right to decline or prohibit any exhibit which in its opinion is not suitable or not in keeping with the character of the convention.
